Is there a Mod to make Officer Val buy Items again in EE

I heard Officer Val in the Juvenal Juggler used to buy Items besides the Bandit scalps and once you go meet her, your ability to see the original prices, so is there a way to allow that again?

I've searched around and haven't seen anyone talk about it and I'm surprised honestly, I'm playing on Android, so I would appreciate it if someone could make an override for the mod if possible.
