Server Issue

in NWN:EE Trello Board Discussion
I run the server Aventia 4 Unlimited Levels server on beamdog . I have a issue with players not able to log on the server saying they need a hak file to log in . I have had other errors saying that player name disallowed. Not sure what is causing this.

    Player Name being 'disallowed' (unintentionally) tends to be an issue where they have not set the player name in their Options -> Multiplayer. Where it's blank, this will cause a "disallowed" error on login.
