Memories of Battles Past bug?

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
So, I've been playing a rude/evil party and I talked to Belegarm and it seemed to have broke the Memories of Battle Past quest, as it finished in the journal early with a 'I see no reason to continue asking other in camp for their thoughts on war' entry, but I didn't receive an award, and I can still talk to Simonetta who tells me there is still one more person I need to talk to.

I've tried talking to everyone else over again, and there are no more options available for me to continue.

Did I break the quest somehow?
