Multiplayer keeps crashing

Hello,

I play on multiple servers and i randomly crash, the game seems to freeze everything around me, I can move around but can't speak or interact. after a few minutes it disconnects me from the server and i have to wait for a few minutes for the server to register that i'm offline I tried to find a crash log but the only thing i can find is a AR_error file which says "Names Differ: pwc_ches_001 pwc_vault_001" its in the same file as my nwnmain. I bought the game through beamdog, and contacted their support but they said they dont handle it.

This sounds like "lag" which is caused by losing the connection between your computer and the server. Unfortunately, the problem could be anywhere. It could be a problem with your connection to the Internet, the server's connection to the Internet or the connection through the Internet between you and the server.
If the same problem happens with every server you try to play, the most likely origin for the problem is your connection to the internet, with a lesser likelihood of it being a problem with your ISP's connection to the rest of the Internet.
Are you using broadband or are you still on dial-up?

Broadband fiberoptic 1gig of speed, it's on wifi, speed tests put me at 700mbs download speed

That should be more than adequate. Two things I'd check:
1. Is someone else hacking into your wifi and saturating the connection?
2. Can you replace the wifi connection with a wired connection? That would eliminate it as the trouble source.

Off-hand, I can't think of anything else to try.
