Sorry, another mod search question

I deleted all of my old files, and now have lost track of a really cool mod that provided, among other things, a series of rings that had significant spellcasting buffs (extra spells per level) and similar buffs for bardic armors. I have searched around, and as yet have had no joy. Anyone see anything here that strikes a chord, a memory?
