Invalid Journal ToB Chapter 9

I started a new game after release of Siege of Dragon Spear and imported this group to BG II SoA EE for complete gamethrough, after SoA ToB started as usual but after defeating every main-enemy and geting to pocket plane for the last test. First the last conversation with the last child of Bhaal was bugged and the syncro of some of the voice actes was used als con, secound the conversation with main-antagonist the same throuth relevation by Solar and last but not least after defeating the hardest incarnation of your dead father no conversation startd to enter the throne nor are there avalid journal entries. Someone a work-around or is there a patch i missed?
please move to bugs...i missed to see the underforum -.-
