NERF Wizard Spell Memorisation Experience amount

Can you please either nerf these amounts? The fact that you can memorise spells, find the scrolls in the game, forget the spells and then re-memorise those exact same spells for the same amount of experience seems silly to me. I don't know if having no experience is necessary, as is the case with Baldur's Gate 1, but at least making the value 1/4 of what you would normally get would make the game more challenging while still providing a benefit for learning spells.

I think my suggestion on scaling by level and lock difficulty can be applied to this, too; substitute 'lock' for 'spell'.
