Can someone help me with SCS installation

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Followed the installation guide on the gibberlings website for SCS. Then I found out on discord that apparently I need another mod called 'modmerge' which I downloaded. When I go back and run the setup-stratagems.exe file it gives me this error I've attached.

Is there a simpler way or link that streamlines this process? It seems very cluttered and confusing for somebody to install this.
