Stuck in haste mode after using debug/DM

I had to enter debug and DM mode to try to solve a bug I was encountering (Ferron at Master's island hostile). After that my XP reset to 0 for some reason so I had to fix that as well. After doing all that, my character is somehow stuck in hasted mode. I am not in god mode as I can take damage and die, but am moving really fast and don't seem able to be slowed down.

I have played fair until now and don't want to cheat. I want to turn this hasted mode off but cannot find how to do it. Have made sure to log out of DM mode and turned debug mode off, also used ##DebugMode 0 but to no avail.

Anyone got some idea about what I can do? Unfortunately I do not have a recent save to return to before using console.
