Static Reputation mod

As much as I love the Baldur's Gate games, I find the reputation system ridiculous. Does a mod exist that allows you to set your reputation and it to remain static regardless of your actions/who joins your parties etc? If not, is it possible to make a mod to do this or are there technical reasons that prevent it?

Just to expand on that - is there any central place with all the mods listed, and proved to work/not work in BGEE?
I haven't used Mods before and am just lost with getting the best mods...

Regarding my original question, thanks to help from Cuv I've now got a script working that allows me to set my reputation to a value and while I still have to activate every time I do something that changes my reputation it's a decent enough solution.

There's the Virtue mod that fixes this for BG II but u have to have ToB. Doesn't seeem to work with BGEE. Sadly i've not been able to it to work.. prob has to be reprogrammed by the modder.
