HLA dependencies / number selected

A little confused as to how some of the HLAs work. Specifically things like Critical strike. I get that you need Power attack first but what about the third and forth HLA selection? do you need a power attack per critical strike or is it a one off.

IE after having 4 HLA selection options I could have 2 power and 2 critical. Is it also possible to have 1 power and 3 critical. The selection seems to allow it but I've never tried it in game to see if I lose the 2nd and 3rd critical because the first one 'uses' the power attack

Dependencies are a one-off. You can have as many instances of Critical Strike as you want, as long as you have at least one instance of Power Attack.
