Insane Mode No Bonus Quest XP Bug? (PS4 Edition)

Just started an insane difficulty game on Icewind Dale PS4 and while the XP gained doubles when you kill enemies, it doesn’t double quest XP. I’m pretty sure on my MacBook edition it does.

I’ve read a similar post regarding the switch edition. Any fixes anyone? I don’t think it’s been addressed with the latest December patch (v1.03).
