Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition Trilogy: Stability

I never played EET. But I'm curious about the stability of the Mod. In its current 13.4 version, how does it handle? When I tried it back in the vanilla days... I had issues where the wrong music would load in some areas. I read that this is the not exactly the same Trilogy as the vanilla one.
