IWD EE Missile Ranges

There is a fault in the IWD EE 2Ed rules, regarding missile ranges.

When playing the game I noticed my archers and slingers moving too close to an enemy to fire, leaving little time to move away to a safe distance. Which is wierd. I checked the files, and the listed range is FEET, and not tens of yards as tabelled correctly in a 1995 update of the 2Ed rules. The old Players Handbook is also awry. I tried to edit the missile ranges on the items, but I screwed up my game(using Near Infinity).

Note: (Updating)-Even with increasing range, the program disallows ranged combat,as there is a new limit based on viewing range( a variable placed upon characters and creatures). I have no idea how to edit, but found a reference in ranged combat discussions. An absolutely ridiculous system, a Heavy Xbow has the range of a javelin..due to viewing ranges.

The correct missile ranges are here:

Advanced Dungeons and Dragons 2e (1995 print)

Comp. Long bow, flight arrow: 60/120/210
Comp. Long bow, sheaf arrow: 40/80/170
Comp. Short bow: 50/100/180

Hand crossbow: 20/40/60
Heavy crossbow: 80/160/240
Light crossbow: 60/120/180

Hammer: 10/20/30
Hand axe: 10/20/30
Harpoon: 10/20/30
Javelin: 20/40/60
Knife: 10/20/30
Sling bullet: 50/100/200
Sling stone: 40/80/160
Spear: 10/20/30

This list even states above it that the stated numbers are in yards.

The source of the find is here: Credit to him for finding the mistake.

Can anyone edit the files to update please?

Cheers
