A character from one of my favourite games. I expect few will know of him, and even fewer would use
this voice pack, but I wanted to make because I love this old geezer.

Just put the folder and exe into your EE game's install folder (has to be EE 2.6) and run the exe.
Put the portraits into the portraits folder if you want to use them, otherwise ignore them.
