Android crashing with other issues

I've had the game for about 2 months, and the game has been playing flawlessly on my Android phone. I recently learned that I can take my steam CD keys and transfer them to my cell phone, so that's what I did so I could play my steam characters from my old CD key account. Instead of the mobile CD key and having to start over. Everything was going fine for about 8 hours, then all of a sudden my game crashes and I can't log back in with a specific character. I get all the way to the point where it lets me choose my character, then it goes to load the server and it crashes, the message that it gives me says that the game has a bug . It allows me to log in with a different character on the same server. But it crashes every time I try to pick that one character and log in. At one point the game crashed and a window popped up where it told me to put the game into a deep sleep, which was very strange. I then chose to try and play on a different server and start from scratch with a new character. I get into the server, I read all their bulletin boards to play the game, and I go to jump into the actual world and the game crashed again. I tried logging back in with the same character and it crashes just like the last server. I'm very frustrated with this.
I un installed the game, reentered my CD keys from the steam platform, and the crash is still occur with those specific characters, and I'm pretty sure if I try to make a new character and play for 10 minutes is going to crash too.
PLEASE FIX THIS!
