Mod order help.

So I've played with one or two mods before but never with this many (honestly most of them are just quest mods from Lava) and wanted help to see if my install order is right or should I change it.

I've read G3's CamDawg modding guide and all respective mods readme but still unsure.

2. BG2

Forgot to add DragonSpear UI++ 2.42 (fork by Artyfox) above Ascension.

Generically, I install them in this order
    0 mod merger
    1 fixes
    2 original item (bam) changes
    3 quest mods
    4 npc mods
    5 tactical mods
    6 tweak mods
7 ui mod (I think, I never install them though)

I do not recognize a quarter of the ones you installed. For most of it that I do recognize I think it looks fine.
From experience, lava's mods are all compatible with one another and install order for them does not matter too much.

Enjoy the game. If you run into issues I hope you have ample experience to solve them. You have a big list there...

UI revamp mods need to come early, because there are other mods which can tweak the UI (Tome & Blood Revised Identify, SCS fine tweak difficulty button, tipun Subraces, BP-BGT Worldmap's Dragonspear-styled Worldmap) and revamps would effectively break these.
