I just started playing NWN:EE and just wanted to know if I could install NWN:EE on another tablet and be able play on either tablet with updated game play.

    Yes, you can. I've played the same game on multiple devices, no problem.

    Just copy saved games from one tablet to the other when you want to switch. I find that easier via a PC.

    On Android, the path is Android > Data > com.beamdog.nwnandroid > files > user > saves. Each saved game has its own folder there, which you can copy.

    I believe you can change nwn.ini in the user folder to save games in a cloud location, removing the need for copying, but I haven't actually done it.
