Master Server not available? Is there status info anywhere?

Hi, the master servers appear to be unavailable. I cannot seem to login to PW servers out there because of key authentication failure.
If this is a planned outage, some kind of publicly available status information would be helpful, such as: Yes, this is a planned outage, no it's not an issue on the player side, we expect it to be down from this time to that time. Or else: No, there is no known issue at this time, maybe check again if the issue is on the client side.
Or maybe this kind of information _is_ available somewhere?
