BG2 EE Multiplayer Hosting issue

Hello all,
Me and my friends started a new playthrough in MP, but encountered some very strange issue. One of us (who is supposed to play protagonist) can't host it... We tried both lobby and direct connect but same outcome..Strange thing is that he can join when I try hosting for exemple, and we have no issue at all. We swhitched characters for now (because only host can take protagonist, so I took his char, and he took mine), and that kinda spoils the fun.
Did anyone encounter anything similar? We checked firewall, versions, no mods and OS all the same..as I said when he joins the game, everything goes smooth...How could we make him host.
Btw when he hosts others don't get any error, we just timeout...
