Can't teleport from Luremaster

After completing the Trials of the Luremaster, the "Teleport without Error" ring has an error. It won't teleport my party out. I hear the noise and then they just stand there still stranded at the castle.

I do have some mods installed, but what in the world would stop this from working?

If someone can at least send me directions on how to teleport my party back to the correct coordinates if all else fails, that would be satisfactory.

    Never mind. I cheated and forced them back to the gallows through the console. Sorry.
