Trying to play from PC to iPad

Hello, I would like to relive my childhood with my daughter. Is it possible to cross platform between iPad and PC? If so is there a guide I can follow so that we can join the same game together? We also have a Nintendo Switch and PS5 if the iPad version won't work and another will.
