Suggestions for quest mods?

Hi guys, I'm looking to do an EET run through the series. I'm looking for recommendations for mods that:
- Are bug free
- Fit in well with the games
- Don't throw off game balance too much

I'd like recommendations for the following categories of mods:
- Quests
- Item Packs
- Tactical Encounters

Of these, I'd like feedback on quest mods the most!
