Mod Request: Give Hexxat Level Drain on Hit.

Honestly I know a lot of people dislike Hexxat , she kinda sucks in certain ways if you don't know how to manage her, (plus her intro is dumb).
But the concept of having a vampire on the team is cool , but it sucks since she doesn't possess a lot of the benefits of other Vampires in game .
Like when I battle Vampires in SCS I'm always on my toes , avoiding thier hits , making sure NPP is up for my tanks (or I use hexxat as a Tank in gas form).
But if she was to have atleast the level drain ability and use it in backstab with her other abilities I think that would be enough that having her as a pure thief wouldn't feel tedious.
So is there a mod that gives her that ability or is it possible someone can make her have that ability as an onhit effect
