Running Icewind Dale 2 Bugged my Other Game

Hello. Hope someone could help me.
I recently installed Icewind Dale 2 on my modern PC with a 2560 x 1440 screen resolution. I know you need a sort of widescreen mod to play it. While setting it up, I accidentally ran the game and it froze while having a black screen at the bottom left of my monitor. I didn't pay mind to it and moved on.
Recently, however, I tried playing another game (Skyrim SE to be precise) and noticed that game's UI was all displaced to where the black screen from IWD2 was when it froze. First I tried resetting my screen resolution but that didn't help. Reinstalled my GPU driver- no luck. Tried brute-force adjusting the screen resolution while the game was running. It worked- the UI reverted to the same resolution as my screen but the game itself bugged out. I also tried system restore but that didn't work either.
At this point, I'm not sure what to do anymore. I hope someone can at least point me where to look.
