Crashing on Exit / Graphics Scrambled on Startup

For the last 3-4 weeks, I have been having issues quitting the game. It will simply freeze when I try to quit the game and have to force close it. After about 7-10 days of this, when I go to start the game, the graphics get distorted in the menu. I end up having to do a complete uninstall/reinstall in order to play the game again. But, the Crash on Quitting issue still persists. I have sent a couple of emails to Beamdog support, but no response. Any help here would be appreciated.
Running on a Window 11 rig, purchased from GOG.com.
