Looking for Particular BG Mod with Ships

Hi. I'm looking for this particular BG mod that I found years ago, which, if I remember correctly from the screenshots, has a pirate theme or at least it's near the city coast with nearby ships. Could have been my imagination that it may involve spelljammers. It was in foreign language (I may just be misremembering it but it could have been Russian or French - yeah, I know they're too distinct from each other lol but it was definitely foreign) so I don't remember much about it. But I've been looking for it since I suddenly remembered it. Never got to try the mod as it was still in development at the time if I'm not mistaken, but it sure looked very, very interesting. Anyone knows of that mod?

My description doesn't help much, I know. But it wouldn't hurt to ask. Thanks.
