Ending?

I don't really wanna give away the ending here so ill be as vague story wise as I can, I just got my party into the final place and kicked in the final bosses head, one of their lackeys was still alive. They told me that a final save had been made, all my characters had been exported, then collapsed everything lagged up for a second then switched to a story scrolling scene with some picture on the left and the right which I'm guessing were supposed to be closing to tell how my story ends or credits just said missing string then some numbers. Any one else run into this?
