Is there a mod to make companions' XP always match CHARNAME?

Planning to start a run to try companions I tend to ignore, but the XP mechanics means I need to lock to a team rather early and switching party members won't be pratical. Is there any mod to make companions' XP always catch up with CHARNAME? Console command would work but I wonder if anyone already made a mod on this.

    solved - there's a component in SCS does that. I should've actually tried it out before posting.
