Error making a new Toon.

Hello;
I've been trying to make a new toon on World of Greyhawk PM shortly after the new UPDATE from BeamDog. Every time I get to the Portrait area, the game crashes to the Desktop and I'm given this error message:

Fingers crossed... not at all sure if the screenshot worked or not.

    If you are on windows and you want a screenshot of the top-level item (like the error message there) press [alt]+[PrtScr]. Suspect that maybe that pw hasn't updated yet.

    Thanks @TarotRedhand I posted this over there as well, so if that's the case, I'm guessing they will let me know. I posted it here because the error said to let Beamdog know about it.
