The Beamdog main page let me log in - buy game - download - has a openAL folder issue - said ref code 3221225781 but support will nit recognise my email address - even tho I am logged into my beamdog account - this is getting irritating - dumped Steam and the same games for exactly the same support issues - or lack thereof - buying game for second time and still cant access - WTF

    I managed to download and install openAL myself, but then my game wouldn't run and would just silently crash until I set the shortcut to run it in administrator mode. That might work for you.
