Unable to access anything but forums

Not really sure what's going on here... but neither the client, or support for that matter, recognize my email address as the one supposed to be linked to my account so I'm stuck unable to access anything.

    So poking around and finding the password reset... it looks like my entire account has vanished? There's no account linked to my email or backup email?

    I bought almost all my EEs direct from you guys so you got full money, and now my entire account seems to have vanished... yeah definitely NOT happy.

    ... So much for getting any kind of support I guess... RIP all the money I spent on most of your catalog I guess. :'(
