Will Neera romance a dwarf?

I was looking at her and it says she’ll romance “any male”

Yes, never tried it but she's not picky when it comes to race...Anomen, Viconia, Jaheira and Aerie are more selective.

Yap, she is an EE character, the devs had leftist orders from sjw hierarchy, they wanted make game more queer friendly to reach out for bigger audiences, so basically shes down for any race.

How is a human female romancing a dwarf male considered queer?

'cos there is nth such like half-dwarf in Ad&D? And Neera isn't human, but half-elf, so this must be even more complicated.
Queerish might means that there cant be new being from this romance.

Muls existed in 2e, albeit in Dark Sun. And people have been having sex without the goal or even possibility of procreating for thousands of years and in heterosexual relationships (or non-relationships!); there’s nothing particularly queer about it.
