Hexxat quest ending bugged?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
So I got hexxat to the ending of her quest, and I convince her to stay with me... and then after the other 2 say goodbye she explodes lol

She literally goes into gas form and drops all her equipment on the ground and I get teleported back with her resting in her coffin.

This, I imagine, is a bug, but the thing is, she drops all her equipment when she turns gas and I can't go back to that cinematic environment to retrieve it... So what do I do?

    ... Nevermind. She dies because what bugged out was her grabbing her cloak back in the tomb, so I don't have it. I'll re-add it through the console if I can find its code...
