Quick question, are there any good tutorials/resources for the creation of custom VFX?

    I haven't found any at all, never mind good but that doesn't necessarily mean they don't exist. You could always look at PHoD's -

    PHoD NEW VFX Placeables

    They might hold some sort of clue.
