Hi Team, The link to support.baldursgate.com to report crashes does not work. How do I report crashes?

    Having an issue with NWN HOTU entering the mimic nest. I am suppose to use the puzzle ring but when I enter my armor and the puzzle ring gets stripped from me. I cannot do anything in here and not advance in the game. Platform is Xbox s séries with NWN EE. Any help would be appreciated.
