Fatal Error

Suddenly upon starting the game, it displays a portion of the screen in a 1 inch square window.
After a bit, it gives me a fatal error message as follows
Go to //Beamdog.atlassian.net/servicedesk/ and report this to the Neverwinter Nights bug reporter.
It also tells me to attach error logs.
Unfortunately, I am unable to log into the site or establish a working ID.
Any suggestions?
