V8193.35 graphics bug

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GH
32 Gig mem
Nvidia GEFORCE GTX 1050 Ti


Since updating to the newest version, i get this strange issue around certain textures. I have tried to play around with the graphics in Nvidia control panel but have not been able to resolve without reverting back to previous game version.
