Hi All! New to the Forums, just joined. Please Help!!

Have just picked up both BGEE and BGEE2 through Amazon Games, but I cannot get either to run. After clicking the icons to start the ball rolling I get a thrown up error message saying that a crash report was saved to "xyz" and to contact http//support.beamdog.com. I also get a pop-up from my Iobit Malware fighter about BGEE trying to access "chitin.key", where I tick the 'Remember' box before clicking 'Allow'. This doesn't seem to change anything, because when I start the game again, the same things happen. I've tried to go to support, but the site keeps telling me it can't accept my e-mail and to try another one! Please help, I'm going nuts here! (PS: I also have PTEE and IWEE and both start up and run fine)

    Might be something with malware fighter. I think I’ve seen other posts about anti-malware and chitin.key.

    Thanks! I'll look into that. Try and see if I can set MF to ignore BGEE and BGEE2, :-)
