Enhanced Edition: Minimum Statistic Roll?

Good day! I've seen a number of comments stating that it isn't possible to roll below 75 for the minimum statistic total. If this is accurate, I'm wondering if there's anything that I can do on my end to adjust this number?

    It's buried in engine stuff, not anything easily moddable.

    The way it's set up, basically, the system rolls stats (3d6 in order) and throws away anything that doesn't meet the minimum requirements. One at a time for the individual class/race requirements, then the whole set for the 75 total. You only actually see the roll if it passes all the checks.

    But ... you always have the option of not using all of your stat points. I remember one time I was trying to build a duplicate of Imoen to be the protagonist (because Abdel gets killed in the ambush, naturally), and I rolled something like a 95. So I just threw away the extra points and played with Imoen's array (stat total 87).
