EE Keeper Question(s)

I have a question in regards to the EE Keeper. I am trying to set up to new effects using the effects tab. The first one I am trying to set up is the Spell Effect Damage Modifier (250). Here is what I have so far:
Does that look correct? I am trying to add 5 damage onto each spell.
The second one I am trying to do is the Spell: Protection from Spell (School) [204]. Here is what I have so far:
The school I wanted protection from is the Alteration School (i.e. Number 8 on the spell school list). I am a complete novice to this, so I am sure I probably don't have either of these correct, but any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
