Planescape Android 13 modding/UI issues

Currently the Android/data/com.beamdog.ptsee/files folder appears unaccessible, even if given permission on file browsers or accessing it on PC. I have checked other apps and I easily can access those apps' files and modify them or create new ones. The Planescape folder on the other hand gives errors with every action and appears to only have the empty /files folder inside. The base folder (not /files) can be accessed and modified normally though.

The reason for accessing that folder is that I wanted to install a UI mod since the text and the UI on recent phones is extremely tiny:

Note that the redness is caused by my blue light filter and that the screencaps have been done on a Realme GT2, which has a 6.62 inch display.
