Weapons impossible to backstab with?

Hi, rolled a Stalker with halberd specialization, figuring I would be up for some decent backstabbing. However, first time I tried to use my new approach, I got a message saying my halberd was inappropriate for backstabbing. I was under the impression you could backstab with any kind of weapon, or at least any piercing weapon. So, to get to my question, what are the weapons that you cannot backstab with?

    it's faster to tell you wich ones you can backstab with.. all weapons thieves can use (long sword, short sword, dagger, club, quarterstaff, scimitar, katana)

    If a thief can use it, you can backstab with it. That's literally the only requirement. That rules out pretty much every two-handed weapon and the majority of blunt ones. But you still get longswords, short swords, daggers, katanas, etc.

    You can backstab with clubs and quarterstaves if you really want. It's pretty viable to do so if you go cleric/thief.
