Help starting Jan's quest

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Pretty much what it sounds like. I've had Jan in my party for 29 days but he still hasn't been called home the janjoined variable is over 19 million, the janlissaplot variable is at 1 and I have no idea what to do. Does anyone know if you can just spawn in Beloo (if so, what's the code?) to start the quest?

    Looks like the missing messenger bug; the "JanJoined" timer expired, the "JanLissaPlot" variable was updated to 1, but the script block was only partially executed and Beeloo didn't actually show up.

    Your options for progressing this quest:
    - Spawn in Beeloo (code BEELOO). He'll talk to you, and it'll be on.
    - Set "JanLissaPlot" to 2. This is normally done through Beeloo's dialogue.

    Just going to Jan's home without either of these steps won't work; Lissa won't be there.

    Thanks, I'll try spawning Beeloo at the next convienent moment.
