a question about the quest of Never's Tomb in CH 1

I just collect the Halueth's Rusted Armor, but I can't give it to Oleff, there is no dialog about receiving this armor when I talk to him. This armor is so heavy. Do I need to collect all three part at once? Or is this just a bug?

    Check whether or not you have the Nether's Tomb quest from Oleff. If you haven't yet got the quest, that would be the reason why he won't give you the option to hand it over. I think this is one of the quests where you can re-try to persuade him to give you the quest if he rejects you on a previous attempt.
    If that's not the problem then there might be a bug.
    You should be able to hand over each part separately.

    I restarted the game, talked to Oleff and got a copy of his letter again, put the armor in a chest, talked with Oleff and Briley , then took the armor, talked to Oleff again, the dialog about receiving this armor appeared. Fully bug.
