[BUG]Neera dialogue will not initiate.

I met Neera, completed the encounter with the Thayans and accepted her to my party - It was however, full, so I removed her from it, and she told me she would wait in the Friendly Arm Inn. When I returned there, later, to recruit her, I am unable to initiate dialogue and just get a red text message that says "Neera- has nothing to say to you".
I did not part with her on bad terms or anything, just sent her back to wait for me to get her later. So now I cannot recruit her back to my party, which I have to assume is a bug.

    I've goten her back in my party, but no further dialogues have happened. I may have to restart (I kicked her out to make room for Dynaheir so I could keep Minsc. Should have locked Khalid in a closet.
