[Bug] Can't turn in Ginafae's quest of not killing Marketh

I'm experiencing a bug in Dorn's Deep where letting Marketh go after taking his equipment spawns the Kraken wizards (which I don't think is supposed to happen?), and then I can't turn in the quest of not killing Marketh to Ginafae, instead she just repeats the dialogue from after talking to her the first time.
