Lost late game item. Can I spawn it via console commands? (spoilers)

in Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition
So I'm nearing the very end of Planescape and I'm realizing that I don't have Deionarra's Legacy anymore. Not sure when I lost it but its not in any of the stashes that I remember using. I know that it isn't necessary to have this item to complete the game, but I've come this far and would like to get that closure. Is there a way I can spawn this item via the console commands or some other means? Thanks!
