How do I install BG Radar Overlay?

Wasn't sure where to post this as it covers both BG and BG2. Please move if it's better elsewhere.

The video I watched has this as just a single application file. However the download I have is a zip "BG2RadarOverlay-2.0.6.4". At what level do I copy across and into what destination / game folder (windows)?
  1. top folder
    or
  2. copy the 5 sub folders and 14 files.

Finally how do I set it up as I can't see an application file?
