Not being offered the Cleric Stronghold quest

Latest BG2EE on PC.

Lawful Good Stalker-Cleric dual.

Just finished the Unseeing Eye and Sir Sarles quests for Helm temple. Then I'm told to go visit Lathander temple for an assignment, and Dawnbringer Sain at said temple just tells me he's busy at the moment.

So basically I can't advance in both "Another Mission for the Temple" and the Cleric Stronghold quests.

Is there any chance anyone knows which variable to modify in EEkeeper to trigger this?

I do have the NPC stronghold mod installed.
